Riverton and Herriman Director Stephenie Cooper believes in the worth of every person and appreciates working for a company that promotes those same values.
Performing, athletics, and education have always been a big part of Stephenie’s life. She has enjoyed playing many roles in productions and loves portraying different characters. She was privileged to travel with a dancing/singing group that competed in Northern and Southern California.
Stephenie graduated from BYU in Social Work and worked as a counselor for children and teens. Her main focus was always self-esteem and self-worth. These two goals carry over perfectly when teaching Up With Kids! She focuses on the individual when teaching and strives to develop a personal relationship with each child.
She is amazed at the wide variety of young people this program touches, from the extremely gifted to the quiet and shy. This will be her thirteenth year teaching this program that she loves!
