Nikki Cross

Biography

IT’S NOT ABOUT BEING THE BEST, IT IS ABOUT BEING BETTER THAN YOU WERE YESTERDAY.

Syracuse and Ogden Director Nikki got her first taste of theater when she was in Junior High, and she got to be a nameless orphan in Annie. Her director, on the first day of rehearsal, told everyone that every single person on the stage has an important role to play to make the story come to life. Nikki took that advice to heart and created an entire story behind her orphan. From that show on, Nikki has tried to be a part of any production she could. From working stage crew in high school, to volunteering to help with shows that her kids were in, she has loved it!

Nikki worked at an aquarium for a few years teaching children of all ages about the amazing world we live in! She is excited about continuing this path, by teaching kids how amazing they can be to this world! Up With Kids is so important for kids because it allows all kids to have a chance to shine, and work on their character, and give them a very special part of the story to tell!
