Biography

Bountiful Director Meisha Rodriguez discovered Up With Kids at age 13 when her mom signed her up for High School Musical. After getting a taste of acting Meisha realized there was a place where she could be her loud, silly, and dramatic self without judgement. So she decided to pursue this love in high school. She performed in shows, directed and wrote one acts, and learned how to work backstage. After high school Meisha decided to volunteer with Up With Kids and the more involved she became, the more in love she fell with the company.

11 years later Meisha still swears by the curriculum and loves to see the growth and confidence Up With Kids gives each and every student.
